These two are separate characters, unlike the Cuckoo sisters who are considered one character. The two can work together, and those combos are posted in the second profile.
Name: Dominic Mancoly
Age: 25
Apparent Age: 23
Gender: Male
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Green
Appearance:
Celebrity Appearance: Jude Law
Code Name: The Elder Toy Brother (Also called Elder Toy for short)
Powers: Durable Toys, Sharpened Edges Real Toys, Fix Toys, Missing Parts
Durable Toys: Makes toys less likely to break as well as make the plastic stronger. The toys would have the strength to resist 2 tons of pressure. Most blades would have trouble cutting the toys. However they still retain the same weight, melting point, and overall chemical properties of the plastic they were made out of. One note is that ones that create flames/heat themselves with Real Toys power cannot melt themselves.
Sharpened Edges: Toy blades become sharp.
Real Toys: Makes it so the toys can move on their own. Any toys that might have a story behind them, such as model planes, transformers, etc. gain powers that go with that story. He mostly uses it on Transformers. Only works on simple things; it will not work on computers, tools such as chainsaws, or anything else that is complex For toy guns with lights, batteries are needed for them to fire. The projectiles that come with some toys are not needed for them to fire.
His most commonly used toys and the powers they gain.
Fix Toys: He can put plastic parts of a broken toy together and they'll fix themselves. After this they are as good as when they were first boxed. Paint jobs, decals, etc are also restored. Can work on any toys.
Missing Parts: He can create new parts of any missing parts of a toy out of nothing, if he has most of the other parts.
Non-Mutant Abilities:
He is a skilled marksman with any of his toys (Megatron, Galvatron, and Shockwave).
Ventriloquism and voice impressions (so he can make it seem like his toys really are talking)
He also is familiar with making toys, and owns the equipment to make them at home.
Background: Dominic is the elder of two mutant brothers. Of the two, his powers emerged first, when he was only 10. He was playing with his brother, showing him a jack-in-the-box. The jack in the box's head popped out, both brother's laughed, and the jack-in-the-box, hopped away. It took them a while to notice the toys was gone, but the toy had found their father first, and scared the man. Their father called it a disease, and argued about it with the boys' mother. The two children heard the arguments.
Dominic and his father didn't speak much after that. Dominic was also forbidden any sort of toys, and as a child, he didn't like that. His mother was even hesitant, but still gave him things that would be harmless, such as a baseball mitt, though no one played catch with him. It became worse when Joseph found out he was a mutant as well. At that time, Dominic had been 17. Knowing how his father would react, Dominic and Joseph left home, though not without leaving a note for their mother's benefit, as well as taking many hand-me-down toys that their father had locked up; it had been no problem to force the safe open with Joseph's mutation.
Dominic had been waiting for a long time to leave his father's house, and had been saving up all the money he could in preparation. The boy had also made several unlawful connections. He served as a hit man for a short while, before leaving that job to become an assassin for hire. Due to the wide variety of abilities his toys have, it may seem that different mutants are working as assassins, and not one Toy Brother.
Anything else you would like to add: Of the brothers, he is the more subtle. He works as an assassin, sometimes for hire, and sometimes for his own agenda.

Age: 18
Apparent Age: 17
Gender: Male
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Appearance:
Celebrity Appearance: Jackson Rathbone
Code Name: The Younger Toy Brother (also called Younger Toy for short)
Powers:Toy Fuse: By absorbing/fusing with a toy, he can become a 7-10 ft version of that toy (from to head to foot; usually the stronger it is, the bigger it is), and will have any and all powers that toy may have, though he will still be made of the same material the toy is made out of. When he turns back to normal he is a normal human and holding the toy he absorbed and became. If he was injured while as a toy, he'll be fine, but the toy will be broken where he had been as it. One important fact is that he doesn't need to breath as a toy. He's never been one long enough to know if he needs to eat.
Toy Fuse Favorites: Joseph, unlike his brother, primarily uses transformers from the Beast Wars era and from the Live Action movies, instead of Generation 1. Like his brother though, he uses the evil side.. His favorites are Rampage (Beast Wars), Scavenger (Beast Wars), Rapticon (Beast Machines), Savage Noble (Beast Machines), Transmetal Tarantulas (Beast Wars), and dragon (I think its transmetal2) Megatron (Beast Wars). He also enjoys using all incarnations of Starscream, Blackout from the 2007 movie (the helicopter), Soundwave (from Revenge of the Fallen), other flyers, and Megatron (all incarnations from both movies). All of his toys won't be posted here, but the ones listed are his most commonly used ones.
Opposable Toys: He can make it so toys are more opposable and bendable, where normally they wouldn't have been able to.
Combo Powers: Working with his brother, the two have several combos.
Hardened, Sharpened, and Opposable Toy Fusion: Dominic can harden and sharpen the toy that Joseph fuses with, and Joseph can make the toy more opposable, making the Toy Fusion more dangerous.
Uniting Toys: This is one of the more complex combos. There are several combiner toys, such as Devastator and Tripredacus. First Dominic must bring the individual parts of the toy to life. They must then combine into the one toy robot. After that, Joseph must fuse with the combined product. These often result in 15 ft tall robots, instead of the usual 7-10 ft tall ones. They can later separate and still be large individual toys. The noticeable aspect of this, is that they will all be big (though smaller than the normal Toy Fuse, since they are only pieces of 1 toy) and all but 1 will be under Dominic's control; the one that isn't under control, is a toy that Joseph is occupying. This combination is dangerous, since they must unite again if Joseph ever wants to become human again. However, other than this method, there is no other way for a combiner to be used for Fusion (though its separate parts can still be used, one at a time)
Opposable Drones: Joseph makes toys opposable, and his brother brings them to life. The toys that are now alive, can move more freely. It is best used with the Cassetticons.
Non-Mutant Abilities:
Ventriloquism and voice impressions
Can make toys the same way Dominic can
Background: Joseph is the younger of two mutant brothers. After his father started to treat Dominic like an unwanted pet, Joseph was the only one that stayed with his brother. Joseph would still treat Dominic the same way he always had. He'd play with Dominic, he'd sneak Dominic the desert their father said Dominic couldn't have, he'd sneak Dominic the better serving's of dinner, that their father refused to give his oldest son, etc.
His powers emerged when he was 12. He had been wishing he could be a mutant like his brother, but it turned out, he was potentially the stronger of the two. His powers had came to him in a dream. When he woke up, he snuck up into the attic to try and get one of the toy's his father had locked up. He found an old McDonalds transformer (a crocodile Megatron), and following what he remembered from his dream, he became a larger version of the toy. Fortunately for the two brothers, their parents hadn't been home to hear an 12 ft long crocodile fall down the stairs of the attic.
Dominic had been home to hear it though, and when he went up to investigate, he saw his brother in the form of the old toy, transform. Joseph was told he had to open the safe, and listening to his older brother, he did that, and smashed it open in the crocodile's mouth (Dominic had made his brother's body harder first, after hearing a few cracking sounds coming from the plastic crocodile's mouth). Filling up several suitcases with the toys, and their clothes, Dominic and Joseph left.
Joseph hadn't had realistic expectations about what their life would be like. he thought it would be fun and games then, and now, older, he still does. He wants to be taken along with his brother on jobs, but Dominic always refuses, with only a few exceptions. Dominic is filled with the idea of the life being all excitement. He has delusions of their work as assassins being like James Bond.
Anything else you'd like to add: He is the least serious of the two brothers, and rarely goes on any assassinations with his brother. This is because his mutation power is far more noticeable.
Also in his bio, it states the crocodile is 12 feet long. This is due to in robot mode, it is 8 feet tall; the head and tail add a lot of length to it when in beast mode; this happens with several other transformers he can fuse with, including Dragon Megatron. He is also the stronger of the two.
Sample RP: Click. Click. Click. Joseph slouched down in a lumpy couch in a cheap hotel flicking from one channel to the next in complete boredom. His brother was out on a job, and he was left here, again. This place didn't even have a DVD player, so he couldn't watch any of the movies he had. And there was never anything good on in the afternoon. Turning off the television and flopping back on one of the two beds in the room, Joseph reached over into his suitcase absentmindedly and pulled out a rubix cube.
He chuckled as he remembered the last time he became that toy. As a living rubix cube he had turned his edged and he rolled down a hill, crushing a few cars on his way down. It had been a bumpy ride, but it had been fun. Dominic had yelled at him after that, telling them that they needed to keep a low profile.
Joseph didn't understand why. Wouldn't they get more jobs if they were better known? Wouldn't they also be more popular too if they were known to be strong? Joseph wouldn't mind being more popular, especially with the ladies. Dominic disapproved of that too.
Looking up and tossing the rubix cube onto the bed, he jumped to his feet. He decided he was going to go out and have fun while Dominic was gone.
Too late. Dominic opened the door and walked into the room. Joseph plopped down onto the couch again and picked up the remote. There went his chance to party. Flicking from channel to channel again, he saw one breaking news story about an attack on a police officer, who was formerly charged with killing his mutant child and acquitted for the crime. The death was said to be caused by a lethal concentration of radiation, most likely caused by poisoning. Joseph could tell the truth though; Shockwave.
Sighing in exasperation, Joseph looked back at his brother and said, "you didn't do a pro bono job again, did you?"
Dominic didn't say anything. It was answer enough for Joseph. "You really need to stop playing vigilante for crimes against mutants. Do jobs that pay, not something you feel should be done," the Younger Toy complained.
Dominic ignored Joseph and instead asked, "did you look for a job? I hear that the K-Mart down the street is hiring still."
Joseph shook his head and said, "screw that. I'm not doing any boring job," and that was the end of their little talk. Same one they often had about Joseph not coming with Dominic on a job.

His most commonly used toys and the powers they gain.
Additional information on his toys can be found on www.seibertron.com/database/index.php by clicking the generation, then view this series, then name of transformer. The transformers can transform on their own almost instantaneously.
Soundwave(G1): It can playback the information recorded by the cassette toys (all toys that have 'can record sound for playback'). When he is made alive, any cassetticon inside of him comes to life as well. He can eject the cassettes himself. He would be a good spy himself if cassette players weren't obsolete.
Cassetticons(G1): There are multiple Cassetticons, all of which have the ability to record sound. They are good spies, due to their small size (in cassette form, they are the size of a real cassette). They come in a variety of forms, all of which can be looked up.
Megatron (G1): can transform into a gun (which Dominic then wields) or robot. It fires lasers that can cut through most things, including metals (when in gun mode only). Good for sniping. When in robot mode its weapon strength is lowered significantly.
Megatron (Masterpieces): can transform into a gun (which Dominic then wields) or a robot. It is more powerful than the previous Megatron, though lacks range compared to the other one. Still has better range than Galvatron and Shockwave. Being larger, it’s also easier to wield.
Galvatron (G1): can transform into a small howitzer/gun (which Dominic can wield, though it can fire on its own) or robot. It fires lasers that explode on contact. The explosions are small, but can still blow small holes in most materials (when in gun/howitzer mode) only. Largest hole it can make is 3 inches in radius. When in robot mode its strength is lowered significantly. This toy also requires batteries to fire.
Starscream (Transformers Masterpieces toy): can transform into a toy jet that can fly or robot. It can fire lasers the strength of which can cause second degree burns, though are not deadly individually (get hit by a lot of them, and you will be in trouble though). One of its lasers is called the Null Ray; it disrupts electronics, so the toy is best suited for sabotage of computers. Starscream's speed is 50 mph when flying.
Shockwave (G1): can transform into a gun (which [insert name] then wields) or robot. This gun is one of the ones that needs batteries to work. The beams themselves are not like Galvatron and Megatron, instead using rays from the electromagnetic spectrum; they can be highly dangerous to a human's health.
Spy Shot 6 (Movie 2007): Its a good spy and doesn't need Soundwave to replay the messages. Since its a more modern camera, it fits in better than a cassette player too. It can also store pictures taken, but those pictures are gone as soon as it stops 'living.' Notably, this is the only non-decepticon that Dominic uses.
Jack-in-the-bomb: This is a pun, and is Dominic's tribute to his father. He brings a Jack-in-the-box to life, and sticks a grenade in it. The jack in the box hops forward, and when it gets close enough to the target, it pulls the pin. Sometimes remote bombs are used instead of grenades, so Dominic will have more control of where it explodes. The Jack-in-the-boxes movement is much like that of the Jack-in-the-box from Nightmare Before Christmas.
If Dominic gets any new toys, they will be put here.
Soundwave(G1): It can playback the information recorded by the cassette toys (all toys that have 'can record sound for playback').
