Appearance: *Be Detailed or show an image*
He stands at 6'0", blond hair falling into his face, eyes usually sparkling with laughter. His skin is very dark tan from the time he spends in the sun. He goes shirtless whenever possible, showing off his defined chest. He has a strong jaw, and his mouth is usually set in a smile, showing off his white teeth. He wears either track pants or track shorts and his favourite white Nike's
Code Name:
Solar
Powers:
He is basically a solar panel. He has superhuman strength and speed, and the more time he spends in the sun, the more he can use this and the stronger they are, and if he spends 12-18 hours in the sun he can actually fly short distances, but if locked out of the sun for days his powers virtually disappear.
Background: *Be Detailed*
Marcus grew up the youngest of four kids, his mother was an attorney and his father a doctor. All of his older siblings were sisters, so he spent a lot of time around women making him a bit of a charmer. All through his years at school he was semi-popular, Solar could always be described as good but not the best. He was a good student, but not incredible, a good athlete, but not enough to be watched by scouts, and he had a lot of friends but never the most. He was a good sport about all this though and never really let it get to him. His favorite thing in the world to do all his life was run. It was actually while running that he discovered his power. He was known for staying at track practice longer than most of the other kids, to run an extra mile or two around the track. He had spent all day out in the hot sun running and most of the members of the team were sweaty and having, Marcus on the other hand felt better than ever. He noticed the more he was in the sun the faster he ran and before he knew it the world around him was merely a blur. When he finally stopped he was afraid, he had nothing against mutants, but finding out that you might be one is a scary realization.
When he returned to his house he told his father about the incident, his father scoffed at his sun and just said that he was young and strong, it was normal to have bursts of energy like that. He went up to his room angry, knowing that it had been more than a mere energy burst. He paced his room and threw a shoe at his wall, which went all the way through into his sister’s room. His parents ran up and finally they believed him. They were supportive but knew that if he stayed with them he would be in danger. They researched and found Xavier’s school and sent him there to train.
Anything else you'd like to add:
Is often found on the roof lying in the sun, his skin is often warmer than most people’s due to the time he spends outside
Sample RP: (No less than two paragraphs)(This is a MUST!)
Marcus tried for as long as he could to block out the sound of his incredibly annoying alarm clock. Grumbling he smacked the off button with a heavy and lethargic hand. He sat up and ran a hand through his tousled hair before sliding out of bed for his morning run. He threw on a pair of track shirts and threw off his sleeping shirt. Careful not to wake his roommate he picked up his Nike’s from the floor and left the room. Once in the hall he slipped on his shoes and walked casually out to the grassy yard of the mansion. He passed a few other students on his way outside, but they were used to his shirtlessness so didn’t think anything of it.
Once he was outside he started at a controlled run, which for a normal human was a full-out sprint. As the sun rose growing more prominent in the morning sky the faster he ran, soon he was merely a blur as he circled the mansion. He smiled, only truly feeling alive when he ran. He felt his energy level soaring higher and higher with every second. After 8 laps around the mansion he finally stopped, the lightest sheen of sweat coating is lean chest. H walked back into the mansion to prepare for the day ahead.
